We are pleased to offer volleyball lessons. At this time, these lessons are only available to Iowa Rockets players. See below for the guidelines:

Couple notes:
* 1 hour lesson
* from 1 to 4 players per lesson
* court cost varies by location
Scanlon, NDAC, Solon Gym : $30/hour
Xtream: $35/hour
* Coaches fee
1 player is $30/hour
2 players is $36/hour (for the hour. not per player)
3 players is $42/hour (for the hour. not per player)
4 players is $48/hour (for the hour. not per player)
* Please give cash or check to the coach for the full amount (court fee + coach fee) at time of the lesson
* Must give 24-hour notice if you need to cancel
* Must sign up at least 24 hours in advance (so the coach can prepare)
