Tuition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes. Tuition for a Rockets team is ONLY $990 for the season (and some younger teams are only $750 or $850). This covers: Tournaments, Practices (team and positional), Facilities, Coaches salary, Coaches travel expenses, Uniforms, Recruiting, and more. There are NO extra or monthly costs at all. Our goal is: Great Volleyball!!  Not profits.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optional<\/strong>s<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can opt for other items and activities; but these are all OPTIONAL. Our instructional clinics are by donation, or a nominal fee. Rockets clothing and merchandise is optional and very reasonably priced. Rockets Strength & Conditioning program (AQC – see below) is offered for a nominal fee, per session.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Positional Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALL players are welcome\/encouraged to attend. We started positional training (also called specialty practice) back in 1998. We offer this 3 times a week during the season. Additionally, exclusive setter training is offered once a week. Positional Training is open to ALL players no matter what team you’re on!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post-season Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the regular season is done in April, we are still training.\u00a0 Some players will be on a post-season team (going to Nationals) with an additional fee of $300. But ALL Rocket players can continue to train with our “Skills & Scrimmage” sessions held 2 or 3 times a week April – June. It’s fun!!\u00a0 You get extra reps!!\u00a0 You get better while others are idle!!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experienced Coaches<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coaches who care. Coaches who are experienced. Coaches who have trained other coaches. Did we mention there are 2 coaches per team. (Check out the Coaches Bio page<\/a>.)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lessons are available all year round. However, May thru December are especially good times to get individual or small group training by our experienced staff, including: David, Chin, Kyla, Madi, Greg, Sarah, Marissa, and others.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strength & Conditioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We call this Agility, Quickness & Conditioning (AQC) because we’re doing specific volleyball movements, not just lifting weights. We are working specific muscle groups critical to volleyball technique. We stress quickness and explosiveness for powerful volleyball actions and increased vertical. We offer this as an optional practice opportunity from December thru mid-March.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
